Australia-based band, Shifty Peaks, recently dropped their powerful debut single, "Left for Dead". Pulling you in with an inviting sound that's created through elements of Punk, Garage Rock, and indie Rock, this is a dynamic new tune that's tough to take off repeat. What a debut!
Poppy vocal flows ride over a melodic instrumental as you're handed clever lyricism, unique transitions, and spot-on production work. The band shines here by being able to deliver a sound that feels nostalgic while at the same time new. We're not sure what Shifty Peaks has planned next, but we can't wait to hear more. "Left for Dead" will leave a lasting impression on any fan of the genre.
