"Roots" is a single released earlier this year by Ohio-based post-hardcore band, Cautioner. Taken from their debut album, You Were Always Such a Friend to Me, this is a beautiful new tune that delivers emotional vocal work over melodic and well-produced instrumentals. It's not every day that you come across a new band that can deliver a sound that feels both nostalgic and new.
