Pittsburgh based Pop Punk band The Middle Room just released their new album "Never Satisfied". This is a 7 track banger that draws on early 2000's Pop Punk sounds, while also keeping it modern, ultimately leaving you with a release that is all too easy to leave on repeat.
We received the albums single "Hold That Thought" before it was out, and we were immediately drawn to the bands style. We were really anticipating their album to follow up, and we have to say that the band killed it. Every element is on point in this release. Songwriting, instrumentals, vocals, song transitions, overall production... it's all there! We're not sure what the band has planned next, but we're confident that The Middle Room is a band you'll be hearing a lot more of. We also added "Hold That Thought" to our Underground Punk playlist on Spotify.

Releasing an album like this can be tough during Covid, because this release deserves a full tour to support it. Hopefully when this is all over with, we'll be able to see these guys out on the road playing this album live. Releases like this are encouraging to hear. It shows just how alive and well the Pop Punk scene still is. It's only November, but you can expect to see at least one of these tracks on our Best of 2020 list at the end of the year. Make sure to follow the band (linked above) to stay on top of what else they have going on. You can stream their whole album "Never Satisfied" below.
