Yearning is such an underrated verb, yet a visceral part of our makeup. This very feeling led Plasma Canvas to pen "Need" to paper. Singer/guitarist Adrienne Rae Ash describes the track as “an ode to dead dreams - a snapshot of a time when all seemed lost and loneliness took its toll. It's an exasperated cry out into the darkness for some kind of connection, or some kind of miracle.” She continues, “moments like the one that inspired 'Need' make us grateful to be alive and share this piece of ourselves with you.”
The single art shows flowers growing from a skull only driving home further a feeling to plant ourselves where the soil is already far gone. Hard-hitting drums don't relent as steady vocals push through this powerful song. bright guitar solos help litter this song with a danceable interlude before driving it all home with an anthemic, "GIVE ME WHAT I NEED."
