U.K.-based Pop Punkers, No Matter, just released their second single of the year. Boasting infectiously catchy vocal work, "In Spite of You", is the perfect pop-punk anthem we needed to take us into the Summer.
Singalong hooks drive this track through an enjoyable journey of ripping instrumentals, unique transitions, and spot-on production. By the time the track is over, all you want to do is hear more. Fortunately, we're told that more new music is on the way. In the meantime, you can rock "In Spite of You" on repeat, or check out the other single they dropped this year, "It's Boring".
It's refreshing to hear a band releasing music in this realm of the genre. Nostalgic elements of the sound make this track relatable, while the custom touch No Matter adds blends together to make an absolute banger.
