Indie pop sensibilities abound in “On and On,” the hip new single from pop artist Local Nomad. The opening 80s synth-pop and drum machine hooks quickly blend with jangly modern indie guitar and sprightly drumming under easygoing melodic vocals. The chorus brings in a disco beat for some extra danceability, followed by simple and clean lead guitar and light keys. This is a well-produced, catchy concoction that leaves us eager to hear more.
