New England based trio, Jackal Twins, dropped their debut album Cuzco earlier this month. A 12-track anthemic ride that boasts a unique blend of styles, this is a genre-bending release that's tough to take off repeat. Whether it's the powerful vocal flows, heavy handed instrumentals, or the impressive songwriting, this album has something for everybody.
Boasting a blend of Punk, Noise Rock, Metal, and more, the band shines here by delivering a refreshing style that hits hard from the first note and keeps you entertained until the last. Each track flows seamlessly into the next on this album, leaving listeners with a very intentional and complete feeling. For a debut, this trio really knocked it out of the park. We can't wait to see what's next.
Jackal Twins spent this year releasing a string of singles in anticipation of Cuzco. We wish we could catch the band playing these songs live. This is a very dynamic sound that they've captured, and we can just imagine how wild the energy must be in concert.
