Gainesville, FL-based Pop Rockers Arrows In Action are back with another infectiously catchy tune. "Only Be Mine" boasts a more melancholy-themed sound than we've heard from the last few singles we've covered from the band. Powerful lyrical work drives this track through the band's signature poppy sound, leaving the listener with a unique and overall anthemic song.
You can tell there's a deeper meaning with this track, and pairing it with the music video that's out to accompany the release, the band really nailed it here. “Only Be Mine reflects on the consequences of letting your relationships fall to the wayside with the intention of chasing your passion. You have to work tirelessly and devote yourself entirely to achieve your goals, but that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice everything else in your life to make it happen…” says singer Victor Viramontes-Pattison.
Just like our previous times featuring a new single from Arrows In Action, we must've played this track 15 times back to back upon first hearing it.
