SUPERPOSITION! is a new EP recently dropped by Olympia-based band, Storm Boy. A 4-track ride that boasts a unique blend of styles, this release stands out due to creative songwriting. Living in the world of Punk, the band pulls elements of Indie, Alt-Rock, Post-Punk, Grunge, and more. What a release!
Airy vocal work takes part in the band's unique sound. Ripping instrumentals are present in each track, and unique transitions leave you engaged and ready for whatever is coming next. It's always refreshing to stumble upon a band that can somehow deliver a style that feels nostalgic while at the same time new.
Each song on this release flows seamlessly into the next. That's why SUPERPOSITION! feels so complete. Unlike a random collection of tracks, this release feels very intentional and paints a picture. Our only complaint? We wish it was longer! By this time this wild ride is over, all you'll want to do is hear more. That's exactly what an EP is supposed to do.
