Canada based Metal band, OMENS, released their debut self-titled album last year. Boasting a sound that feels nostalgic while at the same time new, this is a wild ride that any fan of the Metal or Hard Rock world is going to love. The 12-track journey will pull you in with ripping instrumentals and powerful vocal flows then leave you wanting more. What a release!
As we mentioned above, the way that the band has figured out how to deliver a classic sound while also feeling new is something thats hard to pull off. Unique trantisons keep you engaged through each track and ready for the next. Whether it's the big hooks, the shredding instrumenal work, or the oveall songwriting, OMENS made sure to leave a mark with their debut album.
It's always refreshing to come across a release like this. There's a raw sound that's present throughout the album, and it's amplified by spot-on production work. We see that the band has been staying busy and just released a new single this year. We're not sure what's next, but we are sure that their self-titled will be the perfect introduction for any first-time listeners.
