New Jersey-based punks, Jersey Calling, recently delivered their powerful new album, Parasocial Security. A 10-track release that takes you on a wild ride fully equipped with poppy vocal flows, ripping instrumentals, and unique transitions, this is a dynamic release that any fan of the genre will love. What a release!
Best enjoyed from start to finish, in order, the band shines brightly by crafting a melodic journey that feels full. Each track flows seamlessly into the next here, leaving listeners with a complete album, and not just a collection of singles. A few elements really stand out, but the first one you'll most likely notice is the vocal performance and lyrical work. Boasting a narrative and story-told type element, each track feels like an adventure. By listening closely to each song, it pretty much ensures that you'll keep this album on repeat while you try to decipher each track.
