ALBUM FEATURE: GRAYS - "APOLOGIES"

New York-based band, GRAYS, recently dropped their new album, Apologies. A 7-track ride, this is a dynamic release that pulls you in quickly and keeps your attention until the last note. An Indie, Pop Rock, and Garage Rock banger, this album will serve as an impressive introduction to the band's sound for any first-time listeners. What a release!

Coming fully equipped with hypnotic vocal flows, melodic instrumentals, and unique transitions, the band succeeds in delivering a ride that's tough to leave. They're able to unleash a sound that feels nostalgic while at the same time new. Major names from 2000s indie rock are an obvious influence, but where GRAYS really shines by being able to blend their influences with their own sound. The end result is an inviting style that any fan of this genre will not be able to turn down.

Each song on this release seamlessly transitions into the next. That's a big reason why this album feels so complete. Our only complaint? We wish it was longer! At 7 songs the band is able to give you a big taste of what you might be looking for, but it will also leave you wanting more. That's how you capture new fans!

You can check out the new album in its entirety below. If you like what you hear, make sure to follow GRAYS so you can stay on top of their future releases. We also added a couple of our personal favotires yo our Underground Indie & Alternative playlist on Spotify. Enjoy!
